How do I update my mailing or billing address?
To update your mailing or billing address
- Log in to the XYPN Portal.
- Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Under the Membership Tab, update your address in the Mailing Address section.
- Scroll down and click the Save Membership Details button at the bottom of the page.
How do I update my email address?
Changed your email since you joined membership, and you're tired of receiving emails to the wrong address? The power is now in your hands! If you need to update the email associated with your membership, follow the directions below. Doing so will update your email across all platforms, including:
- Our billing system
- Our email system
- Community Forums
To update your email
- Log in to the XYPN Portal.
- Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Under the Membership Tab, update your email in the Contact Information section.
- Scroll down and click the Save Membership Details button at the bottom of the page.
