Adding an Additional Member

Are you considering adding an additional member to your firm’s XYPN membership? Whether it’s an advisor, assistant, intern, or partner, you can add as many additional members as you’d like! As your firm grows (congratulations!), each additional member will receive their own login and access to the XYPN Portal, along with all the benefits of membership.

Additional member seats are billed through XYPN at $262/month.


Additional Member Benefits

An additional member receives all of the same benefits that you enjoy with membership! This includes:

  1. Tech Stack: A free license to each tech software that is Included with Membership.
  2. Compliance Support: (weekly office hours, annual ADV update, and guides/templates).
  3. Community: (open/mastermind groups, community forums, membership directory, referrals, and member-meetups).
  4. Conference /Events: (XYPN LIVE and other networking events).
  5. Education: (coaching, XYPN academy, and membership calendar (workshops, office hours, and events)).
  6. Marketing: (media requests, consumer blog, and find an advisor profile).
  7. Support Solutions: (Books, Compliance, and Invest).

Adding an Additional Member to your XYPN Membership

Adding an additional member to your firm is quick and easy! Simply send them a unique application link. Once approved, they’ll be automatically added to your firm and billing.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your XYPN Portal.
  2. Select My Firm from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click “Add Advisor to Membership” and follow the prompts to complete.
  4. After filling out the application, you're all done! Application approval typically takes 3-5 business days.

Removing an Additional Member from your XYPN Membership

To remove an additional member from your membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your XYPN Portal.
  2. Select My Firm from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click on the three dots ("more options icon") to the right of the advisors name you wish to remove.
  4. Follow the steps to remove.

Cancellation Policy: All removal requests must be submitted by the 20th of the month at 5 pm (MDT) to be processed by the end of the month. There are no exceptions to this policy.

How does an additional member get added to the tech stack I'm utilizing?

To include an additional member in your firm’s tech stack, the firm owner will need to manually add them to each software they’d like the member to access. Follow these steps to get started:


  1. Log in to your XYPN Portal and navigate to the Member Benefits tab.
  2. Select the tech software tile you’d like to add the additional member to.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, click “Add License.”
  4. Enter the additional member’s information.
  5. Repeat these steps for each software you’d like the additional member to have access to.

And that’s it — you’re all set! Since the additional member is already part of your XYPN membership, these licenses are free of charge, except in cases where you’re using a tech software at a higher-than-basic tier. In those instances, the additional license will match your own cost. For example, if you’re using Wealthbox Pro at $11.90/month, the additional member will receive the same discounted rate, with their Wealthbox Pro charge also being $11.90/month. Pricing varies by software at a higher-than-basic tier, so feel free to contact the Membership Team for clarification on any specific software.
