Update Payment Information
Need to update or change your billing information? No worries! You can do this via the Billing Tab of your XYPN Portal.
Updating your Billing Information
- Navigate to your XYPN Membership Dashboard
- Select Billing on the left side panel
- View your current billing information and select Change Billing Account
- You'll be directed to connect your bank with Plaid. Click "Continue"
- Search for and select your bank.
- Sign into your financial institution with your bank's credentials.
That's it!
Adding Bank Information Manually
Can't find your bank with Plaid? You can manually add your bank info (routing and account number) and be on your way. Just so you know, this will take a few days to authenticate (Plaid allows us to authenticate instantly!), so please update your bank information a few days before a billing period if needed.
To accomplish this:
- Select "I can't find my bank."
- Enter your routing and account number
- Select Change Billing Account to complete the changes!
