What is single-sign on?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a feature available on the Dashboard Tab of your XYPN Portal. It allows streamlined access to the login pages of certain tech tools in your XYPN tech suite. Think of it as a bookmark, simplifying navigation to these tools' login pages.


Currently, the following five tech tools participate in Single Sign-On:

  1. AdvicePay
  2. XY Archive
  3. RightCapital
  4. SmartRIA
  5. Wealthbox

FAQs

Why are some Single Sign-On tech options greyed out?

A tech software’s Single Sign-On button will appear grey or inactive if you have not yet signed up for that software. Once you activate the software by signing up, the button will become clickable and appear in color, allowing access to its login page. It usually takes about a month for the button to become clickable after signing up.


I signed up for a Single Sign-On tech software, but its button is still grey. Why?

It can take up to one month after signing up for a tech tool for the Single Sign-On button to activate in your Dashboard. Please note: just because it is grey does not necessarily mean the tool is "inactive." Please contact the Membership Team for any questions or to confirm a sign-up to a particular tech software. In the meantime, you can access the tool by navigating to its login page directly in a separate browser window.


Why are only five tech softwares available for Single Sign-On?

Currently, our tech team has integrated Single Sign-On functionality with five softwares. We are actively working to expand this feature to include more tools in the XYPN tech suite. Stay tuned for updates!


Can XYPN access my tech software accounts via Single Sign-On?

No, XYPN cannot access or view any data within your tech tool accounts. These accounts are managed solely between you and the respective software providers.
