When displaying the badges, please note the following guidelines:

Display the badge (correlating to your CFP^® status) on your website, social media, and/or printed materials
Use the full color version wherever possible
Post badge with the following supporting copy:
Proud member of XYPN! As an XYPN advisor, I adhere to strict fiduciary standards and carry the CFP^® (if applicable). XYPN is the only turnkey advice and planning platform that makes it possible for fee-for-service financial advisors to build the independent firm of their dreams with complete autonomy.

Please do not:

Use the member badge on apparel or large-format materials
Alter elements of the badge, including but not limited to stretching or distorting the badge, rearranging or adding elements to the design, or altering the colors
Use the design on similarly-colored backgrounds
Represent yourself as an employee of XYPN or represent any XYPN team members as employees of your firm

Conditions of Use:

Your website must have non-XYPN primary branding; the badge must occupy a subordinate position to your name and identity in all materials and uses
Your website domain and/or firm name must not include “XY Planning Network”, “XYPN”, or any combination of these terms
In the event you discontinue membership, the badge must be removed from your website and all printed material
XYPN is the sole and exclusive owner of the membership badges; usage of the badges does not create any right, title or interest in the trademark
XYPN reserves the right to make final determination on the acceptable use of the badges. Upon written notification of a determination of misuse, the user must take corrective action within 7 business days.
