Pricing is based on the number of ongoing clients you currently serve (not the number of clients or prospects you invite to Elements):

• Build (0-5 Clients on ADV): No cost
• Accelerate (6-20 clients on ADV): 50% off list price ($150/month)
• Scale (21+ clients on ADV): 25% off list price ($225/month)

• 6-Week Practice Management Course: This six-part practice management course led by industry experts like client-engagement guru Carl Richards, CFP®, Elements founder and XYPN member Reese Harper, CFP®, and other members of the Elements team, explores the approach and tactics the modern advisor can use to attract, serve, and engage more financial planning clients. 

  Note: This training series is exclusive to XYPN members and does not require you to be an Elements user to participate. Recorded sessions and resources will be available in the Member Academy for on-demand access after the live sessions.

Miscellaneous:

• Discounted Access to Elements' In-Person Workshops: Continue your learning journey with exclusive discounts on Elements' hands-on workshops.

Account Management

New Elements Customers:

1. Visit the Elements member benefit in the member benefits portal and click Get Started.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button under the appropriate pricing tier based on your current number of clients.
3. Fill out the sign-up form.
4. Click the "Start Trial" button to complete your registration.
5. At the confirmation page, schedule your optional 1:1 call with an Elements team member to help you get oriented. 
6. Look for a welcome email from Elements with further instructions on setting up your account. Your invite will be sent as soon as an Elements team member receives your request (usually within a few minutes during business hours).

Existing Elements Customers:

• If you were a current XYPN member AND Elements user prior to 4/2/2024: You will be able to access XYPN discounted month-to-month pricing when your current contract term ends (all other member benefits are available immediately).

Signing up with a Multi-Member Firm Membership:

• Follow the steps listed under "New Elements Customers" and simply adjust the number of licenses on the Elements sign-up page.

Adding, Removing, Transferring, or Canceling a license:

• To make any changes to your Elements license(s), please send a request directly to sales@getelements.com.

Leaving XYPN?

• Your Elements discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with Elements directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing:

• For the Growing and Established tiers, you will pay your discounted tier price to Elements directly.
