Education:

  • 6-Week Practice Management Course: This six-part practice management course led by industry experts like client-engagement guru Carl Richards, CFP®, Elements founder and XYPN member Reese Harper, CFP®, and other members of the Elements team, explores the approach and tactics the modern advisor can use to attract, serve, and engage more financial planning clients.

    Note: This training series is exclusive to XYPN members and does not require you to be an Elements user to participate. Recorded sessions and resources will be available in the Member Academy for on-demand access after the live sessions.


Account Management

New Elements Customers:

  1. Visit the Elements member benefit in the member benefits portal and click Get Started.
  2. Click on the Sign Up now button under the tier you are interested in signing up for.
    1. The "Starting" tier is free for XYPN members. We highly encourage you to sign up, try Elements, and upgrade from there as you see fit.
  3. Fill out the sign-up form.
  4. Click the "Start Trial" button to complete your registration.
  5. At the confirmation page, schedule your optional 1:1 call with an Elements team member to help you get oriented. 
  6. Look for a welcome email from Elements with further instructions on setting up your account. Your invite will be sent as soon as an Elements team member receives your request (typically within a few minutes during business hours).

Adding, Removing, Transferring, or Canceling a license:

  • To make any changes to your Elements license(s), please send a request directly to sales@getelements.com.

If you are on an annual retail subscription, you can transfer at your next renewal date.

Leaving XYPN?

  • Your Elements discount as an XYPN member will end when your XYPN membership ends. Be sure to connect with Elements directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing:

  • The first 5 clients are free on the Elements platform. Billing will be handled directly by Elements for accounts with 6+ clients.
