It helps financial advisors offload the work of gathering client information by capturing, validating, and securely storing client data.

Account Management

New user? Let's get you signed up!

  1. You can sign up for PreciseFP right from your Member Portal!
  2. Under Sign Up, confirm your account information, and click Submit.
  3. You're all set! PreciseFP will be in touch with the next steps.
  4. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active PreciseFP user through XYPN!

Current user? Let's transfer that account!

  1. You can request to transfer your PreciseFP account right from your Member Portal!
  2. Under Transfer Account, confirm your account type, your account information, and click Request Transfer.
  3. Please note the Enterprise Account Limitations.
  4. You're all set! PreciseFP will be in touch with next steps on your account transfer.
  5. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you transfer your account, reflecting you are an active PreciseFP user through XYPN!

Adding a license

  1. You can add a license to your PreciseFP account right from your Member Portal!
  2. Under Add License, confirm the license type to add, and the details for the additional licensee.
  3. Click the blue tab that says Add License.
  4. You're all set! PreciseFP will be in touch with next steps.
  5. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month when you add license(s).

Removing a license

  1. You can remove a license to your PreciseFP account right from your Member Portal!
  2. Under Remove License on the left-hand navigation pane, click Remove a License.
  3. Confirm the license type to remove, and the details for the additional licensee you are removing.
  4. Click the red tab that says Remove License.
  5. You're all set! PreciseFP will be in touch to confirm this license has been removed. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month when you remove license(s).
  6. Refer to your PreciseFP account to ensure any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary for account accessibility accuracy and billing purposes.

Closing your account

  1. You can request to close your PreciseFP account right from your Member Portal!
  2. Under Close License, confirm your account information.
  3. Click the red tab that says Remove License.
  4. You're all set! PreciseFP will be in touch with your account cancellation confirmation.
  5. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month when you close your account.

Leaving XYPN?

  • Your PreciseFP discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with PreciseFP directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing

  • All billing and invoicing for your PreciseFP is handled directly through XYPN. You can view any receipts and invoices through the billing tab of your member portal.

Important Account Notes

Important Note on Transferring an Existing PreciseFP Account

  • In XYPN's enterprise account, customization for Dataset, Data Quality, Pipelines, and PreciseFP integration mappers is not available. Any prior customization in these sections will be lost during the transfer process. Any data associated with your clients or prospects in custom datasets will be permanently deleted from your account. Make sure to download and store any important data before proceeding with the transition.

Onboarding and Restrictions

NDA
  • Our enterprise account enables us to provide discounted pricing to members interested, but PreciseFP cannot modify our enterprise permissions to our preferred level. The NDA ensures that your client data will not be accessed or used in any way by XYPN. We have no interest in this data–it’s just how PreciseFP’s enterprise accounts work. Just so you know, the NDA and the signup form must be completed and signed by the Owner of the XYPN Membership - not a support advisor. Ultimately, whoever signs this document owns the data in relation to this PreciseFP account.
Restrictions

If you are a current or past user of PreciseFP retail, some functionality is unavailable via XYPN's enterprise account. The following are all either not available or are reduced in permissions.

  • Pipelines (available but not able to be customized)
  • Data Quality (available but not able to be customized)
  • Dataset (available but not able to be customized)
  • Billing
  • Adding Additional Users/Teams
  • Changing their email address (email support@precisefp.com to change)
  • User role changes

FAQs

What kinds of templates are available to me?

  • Check out the template library on PreciseFP’s site. Fact Finders, Surveys, Risk tolerance questionnaires, investment policy statements, and more are all available.

How do I add a template to my account?

  • Go to Templates > Form Library (Under Form Templates ) > click on a template > click on the install button.

What if I want to transition my PreciseFP account under XYPN back to retail?

  • Email support@precisefp.com requesting to transition your account back to retail from the XYPN enterprise account. We recommend completing this no later than three business days before the month-end to allow processing time.
