- Retail: $139.95/month
- XYPN Member Cost: Included with membership!
Premium

Platinum

Adding Additional Licenses
- Assistant licenses are $35/month and require an upgrade to their Premium or Platinum membership levels.
- RightCapital will bill you for these licenses.
- Reach out to support@rightcapital.com with your payment information, and they’ll set up the account for you.
Account Management
New user? Let's get you signed up!
- Sign up for RightCapital right through your Member Portal!
- Choose your plan (defaulted to Basic - you can upgrade later!).
- Confirm account information.
- Click Submit.
- You're all set! RightCapital will be in touch with the next steps on your new account. Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you sign up, reflecting this benefit is active through your XYPN membership!
Current user? Let's transfer your account!
- Request to transfer your RightCapital account right through your Member Portal!
- Choose your plan (defaulted to Basic - you can upgrade later!).
- Confirm account information.
- Click Submit Transfer.
- You're all set! RightCapital will be in touch with next steps on your account transfer. Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you submit this transfer request, reflecting this benefit is active through your XYPN membership!
Upgrading your tier
- We'll sign you up by default for RightCapital Basic (included in your membership!). If you'd like to upgrade your tier, you can easily do so right from your RightCapital account!
- The edit should be made to “Tiers, Upgrading, and Additional Users” section of your RightCapital portal.
Upgrading to Premium:
- Login to RightCapital.
- Navigate to the Gear Icon > Billing > Subscription Tab.
- Enter your credit card information and then select "Upgrade to Premium." After reading the Billing information, press "Upgrade".
- For further support, email sales@rightcapital.com.
Upgrading to Platinum:
- If you'd like to upgrade to a Platinum subscription, email sales@rightcapital.com.
Adding or removing a license
- Assistant licenses are $35/month and require an upgrade to their Premium or Platinum membership levels.
- RightCapital will bill you for these licenses.
- Reach out to sales@rightcapital.com with your payment information, and they’ll set up the account for you.
- They can also assist in removing a license for you. Refer to your RightCapital account to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary.
Closing your account
- Submit a request to close your RightCapital account through your Member Portal!
- Confirm account information.
- Click Close Account.
- You're all set! RightCapital will be in touch with next steps on your cancellation request.
- Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you submit this cancellation request, reflecting this benefit is no longer active through your XYPN membership.
Leaving XYPN?
- Your RightCapital discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with RightCapital directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.
Billing
- All billing and invoicing will be done directly through RightCapital.

FAQs
I don't have the Subscription and Invoice tabs that other advisors do. Why is that?
- RightCapital uses consolidated billing for firms with multiple advisors/admin assistants. Many consolidated billing situations are relatively simple, but some are highly complex. Some firms are adding/dropping advisors/admin from month to month, with tiered pricing. Because of this, RightCapital has to turn off its invoice system for all consolidated billing. However, reach out to RightCapital, and they will have their support team send monthly invoices to you.
