MoneyGuide is a suite of web-based Financial Planning and Retirement Planning Software that helps you and your clients define and prioritize goals and put financial decisions into perspective.  This software provides unique features that allow clients to interact with their lifestyle to plan elements such as retirement age, goals, and savings. MoneyGuide provides sophisticated solutions and intelligent assumptions to help advisors navigate the complex financial aspects of their client's lives.


Benefit Breakdown

We offer two discounted tiers of MoneyGuide with membership; learn more about each below!

MoneyGuidePro

  • Retail: $125/month
  • XYPN Member Cost: $80/month

MoneyGuideElite

  • Retail: $175/month
  • XYPN Member Cost: $115/month

Additional products include:

  • Yodlee aggregation ($400/year)
  • myBlocks client interface ($500/year)
  • Wealth Studios cashflow & Advanced Planning ($1300/year)

Account Management

New user? Let's get you signed up!

  1. You can sign up right from your MoneyGuide member benefit from your Portal!
  2. Choose what plan you would like to sign up for.
  3. Confirm your account information, and click Submit.
  4. You're all set! MoneyGuide will be in touch with the next steps.
  5. At the end of the month of your sign-up request, your portal will update reflecting this benefit as active under your XYPN membership.

Existing user? Let's transfer that account!

*Note: There is a $250 move fee to move an existing MoneyGuide license into the XYPN account.

  1. You can transfer your MoneyGuide account right from your MoneyGuide member benefit from your Portal!
  2. Choose what type of license you currently have and are transferring.
  3. Enter in your account information.
  4. Please note you'll need to upload a .csv of all existing clients and sign an agreement called "Request for License Configuration Change" to complete the transition. All of this can be uploaded and sent via the Portal.
  5. Click Sign & Submit.
  6. You're all set! MoneyGuide will be in touch with the confirmation of this request to transfer your account with your XYPN membership.
  7. At the end of the month of your transfer request, your portal will update reflecting this benefit as active under your XYPN membership.

Adding a license

  1. You can add a license to your MoneyGuide account, right from your MoneyGuide member benefit from your Portal!
  2. Choose what type of license you would like to add.
  3. Choose the recipient type and enter their account details and information
  4. Click Add License.
  5. You're all set! MoneyGuide will be in touch with the next steps on your new license.
  6. At the end of the month of your additional license(s) request, your portal will update reflecting the additions to your MoneyGuide account under your XYPN membership.

Removing a license

  1. You can remove a license to your MoneyGuide account, right from your MoneyGuide member benefit from your Portal!
  2. Choose what type of license you are removing.
  3. Enter in the account information for the account you are removing and click Remove License.
  4. You're all set! MoneyGuide will be in touch with the confirmation of this license removal from your account, and your portal will update reflecting this benefit once we hear back from them.
  5. Refer to your MoneyGuide account and customer service team to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary for account accessibility accuracy and billing purposes.

Closing your account

  1. You can close your MoneyGuide account right from the MoneyGuide member benefit in your Portal!
  2. Enter in your account information.
  3. Click Close Account.
  4. You're all set! MoneyGuide will be in touch with the confirmation of your request to close your account. Your portal will update at the end of the month of your account closure request, reflecting this benefit is no longer active through your XYPN membership.
  5. Reach out to MoneyGuide directly for further questions or support needed on canceling or closing your account completely.

Leaving XYPN?

  • Your MoneyGuide discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with MoneyGuide directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing

  • Billing and invoicing for MoneyGuide is directly through XYPN. You can pull any receipts and invoices for E&O through the billing tab of your member portal.

FAQs

I'm not sure if I want to use MoneyGuide yet or not. What can I do?

I'm already in a contract with MoneyGuide. Can I get a refund?

  • MoneyGuide does not issue refunds or let you out of your existing contract.

Does the XYPN discount apply to non-members?

  • No, the discount does not apply to any non-XYPN members on the account.
