Account Management

1. You can sign up for fpPathfinder right from your Member Portal!
2. Under Sign Up, confirm your account information, and click Submit.
3. You're all set! fpPathfinder will be in touch with the next steps.
4. Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you sign up, reflecting that this benefit is now active under your XYPN membership!

Current user? Let's transfer your account!

1. You can transfer your fpPathfinder right from your Member Portal!
2. Under Transfer Account, confirm your plan selection, account information, and click Request Transfer.
3. You're all set! fpPathfinder will be in touch to confirm your account transfer.
4. Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you transfer your account, reflecting that this benefit is now active under your XYPN membership!

Want To Upgrade Your Tier?

• fpPathfinder Basic is included in your membership, but members receive a $150 discount that can be applied to Deluxe and/or Premier memberships too! To upgrade, simply click on the red upgrade button once logged in to fpPathfinder. This discount will be automatically applied during checkout.

Adding a license

1. You can reach out to support@fpPathfinder.com for the next steps to add another license to your account.
2. Once set up, this will be reflected in the Add License tab of your member portal to show the number of active and pending licenses.

Removing a license

1. You can reach out to support@fpPathfinder.com for the next steps to remove a license from your account.
2. Once set up, this will be reflected in the Add License tab of your member portal to show the number of pending cancellations.
3. Refer to your fpPathfinder account and customer service team to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary for account accessibility accuracy and billing purposes.

Closing your account

1. You can cancel your fpPathfinder member benefit right from your Member Portal!
2. Under Close Account, confirm your account information, and click Close Account.
3. fpPathfinder will be in touch with next steps and your portal will update reflecting this benefit once we hear back from them.
4. Reach out to fpPathfinder directly for further questions or support needed on canceling or closing your account completely.
5. Your portal will update at the end of the month of when you close your account, reflecting that this benefit is no longer active under your XYPN membership.

Leaving XYPN?

• Your fpPathfinder discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with fpPathfinder directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing

• All billing and invoicing will be done directly through fpPathfinder.

FAQs

I paid my fpPathfinder yearly dues before joining XYPN.  Can I get a refund? 

• If you joined XYPN within 30 days of renewing or registering for your fpPathfinder account, the fpPathfinder team can refund you the difference for whichever membership tier you selected. If you joined XYPN after 30 days of renewing or registering for your fpPathfinder account, you will not be charged upon your renewal for the Essentials tier, or you will receive a discount for renewing your Deluxe or Premier fpPathfinder membership tiers.

Does the XYPN discount apply to non-members?

• No, the discount does not apply to any non-XYPN members on the account.
