Using the Wealthbox–eMoney Integration

The Wealthbox–eMoney integration helps you save time by pulling client data directly from your CRM into your planning software. Instead of rebuilding client profiles from scratch, you can quickly import the essential details you need for planning. This is a one-way sync from Wealthbox to eMoney, making it easy to kick off planning while keeping your contact data organized.


How to Import a Client from Wealthbox into eMoney

Follow these steps to send a contact from Wealthbox into eMoney:

  1. In eMoney, go to Clients > Manage Integration Clients.
  2. Choose Wealthbox from the list of available integrations.
  3. Locate the Wealthbox client or household you want to bring in.
  4. Toggle Import as New Client.
  5. Review the contact details, then click Import Client.


Once complete, eMoney will create a new client profile using the contact information from Wealthbox.


Helpful Tips & Reminders

  • This is a one-way sync — information flows from Wealthbox into eMoney only.
  • Changes made in eMoney (like updated names or addresses) will not sync back to Wealthbox.
  • Pro Tip: Treat Wealthbox as your central “source of truth” for client contact data. Keeping it accurate and up-to-date will make your entire tech stack run more smoothly.
