How to Use the Wealthbox–RightCapital Integration
The Wealthbox–RightCapital integration is designed to save you time and reduce data entry when building financial plans. It lets you sync household contact details directly from Wealthbox into RightCapital—so you can start planning without retyping names, birthdates, or other key information.
What You Can Sync
This integration sends household-level contact information from Wealthbox to RightCapital, including:
- Household contact info
- Each household member’s name
- Each household member’s date of birth
How to Send a Contact from Wealthbox to RightCapital
Follow these steps to push contact data from Wealthbox to RightCapital:
- In Wealthbox, click Contacts in the left-hand menu.
- Select the Head of Household you want to send.
- On the Contact Record page, find the “Send to” dropdown on the right.
- Choose RightCapital.
- If the contact does not exist in RightCapital, a new household profile will be created.
- If the contact already exists in RightCapital, the profile will be updated with the new information.
Important Setup Reminders
To ensure a smooth sync, make sure:
- The contact is part of a household
- The household has a Head of Household assigned
Each member has a valid date of birth entered
Quick Tip: This integration works best when your households are already organized and labeled clearly in Wealthbox. Taking a few minutes to review your setup can save you hours of cleanup later.
