Clients can access their portal through a streamlined mobile app available in the App Store and Google Play Store. The app includes an intuitive design along with advanced features such as biometric login and mobile notifications.
Explore
This feature allows clients to explore financial topics that matter to them and gain insights without affecting their existing plan. Clients can share their findings with you, opening opportunities to provide tailored guidance and adjustments.
Personalized Homepages
Each client’s homepage can be customized to display the information that’s most important to them. This tailored approach helps keep clients engaged and connected to their plan.
Adding the Premium Client Portal to an Existing eMoney Account
You can add the Premium Client Portal as an upgrade within your XYPN Member Portal. Here’s how:
- Log in to the XYPN Member Portal.
- Go to the Member Benefits tab.
- Select eMoney from your list of active tools.
Choose the Premium Client Portal add-on and follow the steps to complete your upgrade.
Please note: Account provisioning is still handled by eMoney, and they typically set up accounts or add users within 1–2 business days of receiving the request.
