Contacting the Member Experience Team by Phone

As an XYPN member, you have multiple ways to connect with the Member Experience (MX) Team — including consultation calls, Annual Membership Reviews, and our phone line. Our phone system runs through Ruby, a virtual receptionist platform that helps route your call to us quickly and efficiently.

  • Quick, personalized guidance on membership, tech, billing, and more
  • A way to share feedback about your experience
  • Real-time answers or direction from the MX team while you’re on the line

How to Connect with Us

Follow these steps to call the Member Experience Team:

  1. Log in to your Member Portal
  2. Go to the Help & Support tab on the left side (heart icon)
  3. View our current phone line: (406) 413-9200

Response Expectations

Here’s what happens once you call:

  • A Ruby receptionist will receive your call request
  • The receptionist will send your request to our MX Team
  • A Member Experience teammate will reach out within 24 hours to follow up on your request
