No problem! If you’re trying to connect with a specific team—like Compliance, Tech, or Coaching—your best bet is still to start with the Membership Team.
Our team is trained to route questions efficiently so nothing gets lost in translation. We’ll either get you what you need right away or pass your message directly to the team that can help, saving you time and extra back-and-forth.

Have a compliance question or need to register for an upcoming Office Hours session? Our Compliance team hosts open Office Hours every Tuesday and Wednesday at 2 PM ET.
These are drop-in style Zoom sessions—no appointment needed. You’ll find the Zoom link in the Member Events Calendar.

Our Business Coaches host regular open office hours where you can bring your questions, get live feedback, and learn from your peers.
To register:

- Find an upcoming Drop-In Coaching session.
