Account Management

New or Existing user? Let's get you signed up!

1. In your Member Portal, select "XYPN Academy."
2. Navigate to the sidebar and select "Resources."
3. You will see two Bob Veres resource channels at the top. To receive a notification when new content is added, select "Follow" next to the channel(s).
   1. To silence these notifications at any time, simply unfollow the channel or hit the bell icon next to "Following" and select "None."

Adding an additional license for XYPN members on your account

1. For each XYPN member on your account, please have them login to XYPN Academy.
2. Then, navigate to the Resources.
3. Click on Bob Veres Inside Information.
4. Click on the green "Follow" button to follow the content.
5. You are all set!

Adding Non-XYPN advisors to your account

• Contact Bob Veres (bob@bobveres.com) directly to add a Non-XYPN Member license to your account.

Canceling your account

1. You can cancel your Bob Veres Inside Information subscription right from XYPN Academy.
2. Navigate to the sidebar and select Resources.
3. You will see two Bob Veres resource channels at the top.
4. Click "unfollow" and you're all set!
   1. If you still want to follow this channel and simply want to silence these notifications at any time, hit the bell icon next to "Following" and select "None."

Leaving XYPN?

• Your Bob Veres: Inside Information discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with Bob Veres directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship.

Billing
