Account Management
New user? Let's get you signed up!
- You can sign up for Hubly right from your member portal.
- Under the Sign Up tab, you can then click on Get Started, and we'll send you directly to Hubly.
- On Hubly's site, schedule a demo and let them know you're an XYPN member.
- We'll let them know to expect you so nothing falls between the cracks.
- That's it! We'll take care of the rest once we hear back from Hubly.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of when you sign up, reflecting this is an active benefit under your XYPN membership!
Current user? Let's transfer that account!
- You can transfer your Hubly account right from your member portal!
- Under the Transfer Account tab, enter and confirm your account information and then click on Request Transfer.
- That's it! Hubly will be in touch with the confirmation of your account transfer and benefit enrollment.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of when you transfer your account, reflecting this is now an active benefit under your XYPN membership!
Adding a License
- You can add a license to your Hubly account right from your member portal.
- Confirm and enter in the additional licensee's information.
- Click Add License.
- You're all set! Hubly will be in touch with the next steps on your new licensee's account.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of when you add additional license(s), reflecting these additional licenses are now discounted through your XYPN membership!
Removing a license
- You can remove an additional license to your Hubly account right from your member portal.
- Confirm and enter in the additional licensee's information you want to remove.
- Click Remove License.
- You're all set! Hubly will be in touch with the next steps on confirming the removal of the additional license and your portal will update once we hear back from them.
- Refer to your Hubly account and customer service team to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary for account accessibility accuracy and billing purposes.
Closing Your Account
- You can close your Hubly account right from your member portal.
- Confirm your account information and click Close Account.
- You're all set! Hubly will be in touch with the next steps on canceling your account.
- Reach out to Hubly directly for further questions or support needed on canceling or closing your account completely.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of when you close your account, reflecting this is no longer an active benefit under your XYPN membership.
Leaving XYPN?
- Your Hubly discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with Hubly directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.
Billing
- All billing and invoicing will be done directly through Hubly.
