MyRepChat
MyRepChat is a fully compliant SMS texting platform. Its features include text and group messaging, scheduling messages, importing contacts from a CRM or mobile phone, and auto-forwarding calls and text messages. MyRepChat works with iPhone, Android, and Windows mobile platforms.
Your MyRepChat account includes many features now, including the ability to make templates, schedule messages in the future, automate reviews (quarterly, annually, semi-annually, etc.), automatic birthday texts, and more is available and in the works!

Account Management
New user? Let's get you signed up!
- Go to dart.ionlake.com
- Select, I don't have an account.
- Enter the XYPN Group Code : 42CL3
- Then follow the prompts for 5-8 minutes as the setup wizard will guide you through account creation.
- You can also find this information and start this process right from your MyRepChat member benefit within your portal! Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active MyRepChat user through XYPN!
Current user? Let's transfer that account!
- For transferring an account from a previous firm, MyRepChat needs to receive permission from the previous firm before transferring the account over to your XYPN Membership. The form that they require is linked here. The first page of the form is for you to fill out, and the second page is for the previous firm to sign. For further questions on that, please email support@ionlake.com or call 844-402-2401, option 2, to clarify anything that might be unique to your previous situation.
- For transferring your account as a new XYPN member, you can reach out to support@ionlake.com directly to start receiving your XYPN membership discount!
- Once you have successfully transferred your account, your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you transfer your account, reflecting you are an active MyRepChat user through XYPN!
Adding a License
- Each user signs up for their own account. If you wish to add yourself to other accounts, have the other person sign up as well as you, and then have them add you in Settings -> Additional Account Logins. Make sure your own individual accounts are made first, but then you will be able to access multiple accounts.
- For adding other XYPN members, you can add them to your own account by going to Settings -> Additional Account Logins. This will add another login to your already existing number. If you want them to have their own phone number separate from yours, then they would simply create their own account following the New user instructions. Take note if they are an additional login to your account first, but then they want their own account you will need to temporarily remove them from your account, have them create their new account, and then add them back afterwards.
- For adding non-XYPN members, these users would follow the same instructions as above (for adding other XYPN members), except if they are trying to get their own phone number, they would skip the organization code upon sign-up.
Removing a license
- You can remove them by going to Settings -> Additional Account Logins.
- For further support, and to confirm this user's access and billing has been removed from your account, email support@ionlake.com.
Closing your account
- You can request to close your account right from your MyRepChat member benefit within your portal!
- Confirm account details, and click Close Account.
- MyRepChat will be in touch with next steps on your account cancellation request and your portal will update reflecting this benefit once we hear back from them.
- Reach out to myRepChat directly for further questions or support needed on canceling or closing your account completely.
Leaving XYPN?
- Your MyRepChat discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with MyRepChat directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.
Billing
- Billing will be done directly through MyRepChat.

How can I archive my text messages if I’m using XY Archive?
- Check out this article for an easy transition to having your messages archived with XY Archive. If you wish to use an additional or other option beyond XY Archive, that is available at the bottom of your settings.
Where do I use MyRepChat?
- You can use MyRepChat on mobile and desktop! Check out the MyRepChat Mobile App and the MyRepChat Web App. For links directly to the app from the app store on your phone, here is the iPhone link for the Apple Store and the Android link for Google Play.
Can I call my clients with MyRepChat?
- Yes! You can both place and receive calls. If you created a new number to use with your account, you can have incoming calls forwarded to any number you’d like. For outbound calls, you can create a dedicated voicemail for an additional $5/month which also includes the ability to add availability hours. This can be found and controlled in your MyRepChat account settings.
Can I record my calls?
- Yes! Recorded calls show up directly in the chat history for a client and are archived. You can also create transcripts based on the conversation, which can be sent directly to your CRM.
