XY Archive is our membership-exclusive archiving solution tool that allows registered investment advisors (RIAs) to keep compliant records of all archived communication and advertising done during servicing or acquiring clients in a simplified and easily accessible way.

We provide social media, email, and website archiving. All your archived data will be available at any time, at no cost, and within minutes. XY Archive is only available to XYPN Members, however should you leave membership, there is a retail option if you would like to continue using XY Archive.

Account Management
New user? let's get you signed up!
- You can sign up for XY Archive right from your Member Portal.
- Under Sign Up, select your plan, and enter your account information.
- Click Submit.
- You're all set! The XY Archive team will be in touch with you for the next steps on your account access.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active XY Archive user through XYPN!
Adding or removing licenses
- You can adjust your licenses via your Dashboard in XY Archive. The email added for each license for archiving can count towards your included eight sources.
Closing your account
- You can close your XY Archive account right from your Member Portal.
- Under Close Account, enter your account information.
- Click Close Account.
- You're all set! The XY Archive team will be in touch with confirmation of your account cancellation.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you close your account, reflecting you are no longer an active XY Archive user.
Billing
- XY Archive is included with membership. Should you leave membership and continue using XY Archive, you can maintain access for $150/month and email archive@xyplanningnetwork.com to get this set up.
FAQs
What Archiving is included with my membership?
- 8 total archived sources.
- You can split that however you like among social media accounts and email accounts, except for a limit of 1 archived website per member.
- The 8 sources apply to your firm as a whole, so you can split them among as many users as necessary! There is no cost to add additional users, just additional sources.
- For multi-advisor members, your firm will receive 8 additional sources (same rules as above) for each XYPN member at your firm.
- Ex. If you have 3 XYPN members in your firm, your XY Archive account will have 24 archived sources.
I need to add another source, but my firm is already at my max of 8 total sources. What do I do?
- Extra sources are available at $50/month for another set of 8 sources. Email archive@xyplanningnetwork.com to get this added.
I have an admin/VA/employee whose email I need to archive, but they’re not an XYPN member. Do I have to pay extra to add them?
- If you haven’t used your total allotted sources for your firm, then no! You can invite them via your Dashboard in XY Archive; the email they add for archiving can count towards your included eight sources.
How often should I download my data?
- As often as you need to make you feel comfortable. Remember that we will store your data on our servers for seven years, and you can access it anytime when required in an audit or any other situation.
Can non-members use XY Archive?
- XY Archive is exclusively available for XYPN Members to use! However, if you leave the Network and want to continue using the application, you can maintain access for $150/mo. Just email archive@xyplanningnetwork.com to get this set up.
