XYPN Archive is the member-exclusive archiving solution tool that allows registered investment advisors (RIAs) to keep compliant records of archived communication and advertising done during servicing or acquiring clients in a simplified and easily accessible way.
Benefit Breakdown
We provide social media, email, and website archiving. All archived data will be available at any time, at no cost, and within minutes. XYPN Archive is only available to XYPN Members; however, should you leave membership, there is a non-member option if you would like to continue using XYPN Archive.

Account Management
New user? let's get you signed up!
- You can sign up for XYPN Archive right from your Member Portal.
- Under Sign Up, select your plan, and enter your account information.
- Click Submit.
- You're all set! The XYPN Archive team will be in touch with you for the next steps on your account access.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting that you are an active XYPN Archive user through XYPN!
Adding or removing licenses
- You can adjust your licenses via your Dashboard in XYPN Archive. The email added for each license for archiving can count towards your included nine sources.
Closing your account
- You can close your XYPN Archive account right from your Member Portal.
- Under Close Account, enter your account information.
- Click Close Account.
- You're all set! The XYPN Archive team will be in touch with confirmation of your account cancellation.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month when you close your account, reflecting that you are no longer an active XYPN Archive user.
Billing
- The first nine sources are included with membership, and Archive+ will be billed monthly with your membership.
- Should you leave membership and continue using XYPN Archive, please get in touch with us at archive@xyplanningnetwork.com to maintain access and set up billing.
FAQs
I have an admin/VA/employee whose email I need to archive, but they’re not an XYPN member. Do I have to pay extra to add them?
- If you haven’t used your total allotted sources for your firm, then no! You can invite them via your Dashboard in XYPN Archive; the email they add for archiving will count towards your included nine sources.
How often should I download my data?
- As often as you need to make you feel comfortable. Remember that we will store your data on our servers for seven years, and you can access it anytime when required in an audit or any other situation.
Can non-members use XYPN Archive?
- XYPN Archive is exclusively available for XYPN Members to use! However, if you leave the Network and want to continue using the application, you can maintain access. Just email archive@xyplanningnetwork.com to get this set up.
