Smartria is XYPN's included compliance management technology. It includes task-management questionnaires, document storage, compliance checklist reminders, and more! The system currently integrates with CRMs such as Wealthbox and Redtail.
Benefit Breakdown
Smartria has worked with XYPN to craft and curate a membership tier for members!
- Retail: $300/mo package includes access for up to 5 users.
- Additional users (over the 5) can be added at a cost of $20 per access user per month, $40 per advisor per month, and $60 per compliance user per month.
- XYPN Member Cost: Included with Membership!
- Additional non-member users associated with XYPN member firms: $16.49/non-member/mo.
Account Management
New user? Let's get you signed up!
- Sign up for Smartria right from your Member Portal!
- Under Sign Up, select your plan, and confirm your personal and firm information.
- Click Submit.
- You're all set! Smartria will be in touch with the next steps on your new account.
- Your portal will update at the month's end of when you sign up, reflecting this benefit is active within your XYPN membership!
Current user? Let's transfer that account!
- Transfer your Smartria account right from your Member Portal!
- Under Transfer Account, select your plan and confirm your personal and firm information.
- Click Request Transfer.
- You're all set! Smartria will be in touch with the next steps on your account transfer request.
- Your portal will update at the month's end of when you transfer your account, reflecting this benefit is active within your XYPN membership!
Adding a license
- Add a license to your Smartria account right from your Member Portal!
- Under Add License, select your plan and confirm the recipient and their account details.
- Click Add License.
- You're all set! Smartria will be in touch with the next steps on your additional license request.
- Your portal will update at the month's end of when you add additional license(s), reflecting this benefit is active within your XYPN membership!
Removing a License
- Remove a license to your Smartria account right from your Member Portal!
- Under Remove License, select your plan and confirm the recipient and their account details that you want to remove from your account.
- Click Remove License.
- You're all set! Smartria will be in touch with the next steps on your license removal request. Your portal will update at the month's end of when you remove license(s).
- Refer to your Smartria account to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary for user access and billing accuracy.
Cancelling your account
- Request to cancel your Smartria account right from your Member Portal!
- Under Close Account, confirm your account information.
- Click Close Account.
- You're all set! Smartria will be in touch with the next steps on your account cancellation request. Please contact Smartria directly for further support or questions to confirm the cancellation of your account.
- Your portal will update at the month's end of when you cancel your account, reflecting this benefit is no longer active within your XYPN membership.
Leaving XYPN?
- Your Smartria discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with Smartria directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.
Split Billing Policy
- XYPN covers all XYPN members added to Smartria. If your firm has non-members you want to add to the platform, you will need to establish a payment method and pay for these members separately.
