Streamline Client Billing: Using Wealthbox with AdvicePay

If you manage client billing as part of your workflow, integrating Wealthbox with AdvicePay can help keep your client records accurate, organized, and easy to navigate. This integration simplifies client creation and linking, saving you time and reducing the risk of duplicate entries.


What This Integration Does

  • Allows you to create AdvicePay clients directly from Wealthbox.
  • Keeps client records linked between both platforms so updates and communications flow smoothly.
  • Helps ensure your billing and client management workflows stay in sync.

How to Create and Sync Clients

  1. In Wealthbox, open the client’s Contact Record page.
  2. Click the “Send to” button.
  3. Select AdvicePay.
  • If the client doesn’t already exist in AdvicePay, this will create their profile automatically.
  • If the client exists in AdvicePay, Wealthbox will link to the existing profile, keeping your records connected.

Why This Matters

Once clients are linked, the Send To function will always take you directly to the client in AdvicePay. This keeps your workflow smooth, reduces errors, and ensures your client billing records remain consistent across both platforms.
