Account Management
Signing up
- You can sign up for your member benefit, Gusto, right from your Member Portal!
- Click Get Started, and we'll send you over to Gusto.
- Select the plan that makes the most sense for your business.
- That's it! We'll take care of the rest once we hear back from Gusto.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active Gusto user through XYPN!
Adding/removing a license
- Need to adjust your Gusto licenses? Reach out to xypn@gusto.com for the next steps.
- Refer to your Gusto account to ensure that any user access for removed licenses has been updated as necessary. Please reach out to Gusto customer service to confirm that billing on this additional license has been adjusted accordingly as well.
Upgrading/changing your plan

Closing your account
- Log into your Gusto account, then navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing > Cancel Account.
- You’ll continue to have access to your account and all historical records, including all data and reports from previous years.
- You can also view this page for additional assistance on canceling your Gusto account.
- Please reach out to Gusto directly for any further questions or support on confirming the closure of your account.
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of closing your Gusto account.
Billing
- All billing and invoicing will be done directly through Gusto.

FAQs
Will XYPN have access to my payroll information?
- The way that Gusto handles memberships (like XYPNs) is to link an email alias to each account connected to XYPN. If the membership is not renewed, XYPN can audit and remove you from their portal. The alias has limited access with no visibility into your finances. Please know that no one at XYPN has ever accessed this email alias on Gusto, and for XYPN, the email alias is purely used to link discounts.
