New user? Let's get you signed up!

1. You can conveniently sign up for Advisor I/O from your Member Portal.
2. Once there, click the blue Get Started button, and we’ll send you to the Advisor I/O signup page.
3. Enter your information to create an account and use code XYPNAI/O for the XYPN discount in the Discount Code field.
4. That's it! We'll take care of the rest once we hear back from Advisor I/O.
5. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active Advisor I/O user through XYPN!

Existing user? Let's transfer that account!

• Contact support (sarmstrong@advisorio.co) to have your XYPN member discount applied to your account.
• Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you transfer your account, reflecting you are an active Advisor I/O user through XYPN!

Closing your account

1. To cancel your account, head to your Member Portal and click Close Account.
2. Confirm the cancellation request and click that red button that says Close Account.
3. Please connect with Advisor I/O directly with any additional support questions on closing your account to avoid any incorrect charges.
4. Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month of closing your Advisor I/O account.

Leaving XYPN?

• Your Advisor I/O discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with Advisor I/O directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.

Billing

• Billing and Invoicing will be directly through Advisor I/O.
