Account Management
New user? Let's get you signed up!
- You can sign up for YourStake right from your Member Portal.
- Under Sign Up, choose your plan and enter your account information.
- Click Submit.
- That's it! YourStake will be in touch with the next steps for your new account!
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you sign up, reflecting you are an active YourStake user through XYPN!
Current user? Let's transfer that account
- You can request to transfer your YourStake account right from your Member Portal.
- Under Transfer Account, choose your current plan and enter your account information.
- Click Request Transfer.
- That's it! YourStake will be in touch with your account transfer confirmation!
- Your XYPN portal will update at the end of the month that you transfer your account, reflecting you are an active YourStake user through XYPN!
Updating Licenses/Seats
- Contact YourStake directly to add, remove, or transfer any additional licenses/seats to your account.
- Confirm within your YourStake account the number of licenses is correct for both accuracy on user access and billing purposes.
Upgrading/Adjusting Your Tier
- Contact YourStake directly to upgrade or adjust your tier.
Closing your account
- You can submit a cancellation request for your YourStake account right from your Member Portal.
- Under Close Account, enter your account information.
- Click Close Account.
- That's it! YourStake will be in touch with your cancellation confirmation.
- Reach out to YourStake directly for any further questions or support needed on closing your account and final billing.
Leaving XYPN?
- Your YourStake discount as an XYPN member will end when your membership ends. Be sure to connect with YourStake directly for the next steps on account access, data transfer, and how to develop a retail relationship with them.
