The XYPN Leadership Intensive is a two-day, in-person experience designed for advisors navigating people leadership for the first time. Together alongside experienced advisors facing the same challenges, you’ll map a practical path to building a strong team that can grow with you.

What are the travel accommodations?

We recommend flying into the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN)—just 20 minutes from downtown Bozeman and XYPN’s Headquarters.

We're partnering with Element Bozeman, conveniently located within walking distance of XYPN’s Headquarters, to provide you with the lowest rates for your stay. The hotel offers:

Shuttle Service: A free shuttle is available from the BZN airport. Book by calling 406-582-4972 (option 2).
Complimentary Breakfast: Start your day with a hot breakfast before heading to XYPN’s Headquarters.
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM

Can non-XYPN members attend?

The XYPN Retreat is a member benefit and, therefore, for members only. If you're looking to attend an XYPN event, check out XYPN LIVE and XYPN Meet-Ups, both available for current fee-for-service advisors and those considering becoming a fee-for-service advisor.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! XYPN events are casual. We're t-shirts and jeans people.
