Registering for Upcoming XYPN Town Halls and Webinars
XYPN offers live events throughout every month to help you grow your firm, stay compliant, and connect with fellow advisors. These events—like Town Halls, webinars, and office hours—are included in your membership. Here’s how to register, step-by-step.
Step 1: Go to the XYPN Member Events Calendar
The first step is to visit the XYPN Member Events Calendar. This is where we list all upcoming live events, including:
- Quarterly Town Halls
- Office Hours with Experts
- Coaching and Practice Management Webinars
- XYPN Academy Live Events
You'll see dates, times, hosts, and a short event summary all in one place.
Step 2: Click Into the Event You’re Interested In
Find an event that’s relevant to you and click the event name to open up full details. On this page, you’ll see:
- Who’s hosting the event
- What the session will cover
- The Zoom registration link or RSVP button
We recommend skimming the event description to see what’s most helpful for your firm right now.
Step 3: Register Using Your XYPN Email
Click the Register button (usually a Zoom form) and complete it using your XYPN-associated email address. This ensures you’ll receive all event reminders and access details.
After registering, you’ll get a confirmation email with a unique Zoom link and calendar invite options.
Step 4: Add the Event to Your Calendar
To make sure you don’t miss it, use the “Add to Calendar” button on the registration confirmation page or email. You can choose Google Calendar, Outlook, or another calendar platform.
Adding it to your calendar helps ensure:
- You don’t lose the Zoom link
- You get a reminder 10–15 minutes before it starts
- You build a habit of attending events that support your business
Step 5: Can’t Attend Live? Register Anyway
Even if you’re not sure you can join live, it’s still a good idea to register. Most events are recorded and sent to all registrants afterward—so you can catch up on your own time.
Replays are also shared in the XYPN Member Forums and/or XYPN Academy, depending on the event type.
