Our coaching team is currently building the future XYPN Operating System (XYOS)— a framework designed to guide and support three key aspects of a firm's growth and operations:

• Practice Management - building upon the XYPN Practice Management Checklist and Workflow we will lead member firms to an organized and efficient method of managing the operational aspects of their firms.
• Team Management - The XYOS provides a proprietary method to manage and grow your RIA team, regardless of the size of team you wish to create. It provides structure for partner, teammate 1:1, and  team meeting; creating career paths, organizational structures, as well as tracking strategic initiatives your firm embarks upon. 
• Client Management  - The XYOS builds upon the Firm Focus Framework to create a sustainable and fulfilling means of managing your client engagements that honors the business you want to build.

This comprehensive system aims to streamline processes, provide structure, and deliver actionable insights tailored to the unique needs of financial advisors. While we're still in the early stages of development, we’re making great progress and uncovering exciting opportunities along the way.
