How we make it happen:

If this sounds like you, and you're ready to launch, this program unfolds in a few important steps. Your dedicated Operations and Process Coach will guide you through each one. They'll manage, execute, and deliver the setup you need to hit the ground running.

Consultation Meeting #1: Get Organized (1 hour)

1. This meeting marks the exciting start of your 30-day engagement!
2. Details: We'll discuss your new firm's vision, confirm your tech stack, outline the support that will be provided for your setup, and gather the necessary assets to begin our work together.
3. Password Sharing: In order for your coach to get started, please ensure you use the private, secure sharing option available within your password generator (do not email passwords directly). XYPN uses LastPass, but we can work with other systems as well.

Consultation Meeting #2: Plan Delivery (1.5 hours)

1. Aim for this meeting to be approximately 30 days after sharing your passwords for all relevant systems.
2. Details: We'll review your setup, answer any remaining questions, and deliver your Kick-Start Plan.
3. Member To-Do: After this meeting, review the plan deliverables and training links so you're fully prepared to go out and conquer the world!
