Transferring an Existing Account

Already using Orion? Orion will work with XYPN to merge your existing data into our tiers.

Scale Tier: Full transfer, no downtime
Start & Grow Tiers: Data can transfer, but custom reports and asset classes won't carry over

Upgrading or Downgrading

Tier upgrades and downgrades can be requested through your Member Portal
Crossing an account breakpoint (e.g., >40 accounts on Start Tier) triggers automatic billing adjustments

Leaving XYPN

If you cancel your XYPN Emerald membership:

Scale Tier: You can take your entire Orion database with you
Start & Grow Tiers: You'll keep access until your new database is ready

All members retain ownership of their data and can export it for transfer

Capitect Transition

Orion has replaced Capitect as XYPN’s included portfolio management benefit.

If you're an existing Capitect user, you can add Orion to your tech stack while keeping Capitect active. Just keep in mind that your membership includes only one portfolio reporting solution. If you add Orion while continuing to use Capitect, or if you add any new Capitect accounts or transfer existing ones, your Capitect benefit will adjust to XYPN's discounted model, with billing handled directly by Capitect.
