Transferring an Existing Account

Already using Orion? Orion will work with XYPN to merge your existing data into our tiers.

Scale Tier: Full transfer, no downtime
Start & Grow Tiers: Data can transfer, but custom reports and asset classes won't carry over

Upgrading or Downgrading

Tier upgrades and downgrades can be requested through your Member Portal
Crossing an account breakpoint (e.g., >40 accounts on Start Tier) triggers automatic billing adjustments

Leaving XYPN

If you cancel your XYPN Emerald membership:

Scale Tier: You can take your entire Orion database with you
Start & Grow Tiers: You'll keep access until your new database is ready

All members retain ownership of their data and can export it for transfer

Capitect Transition

Orion is replacing Capitect as XYPN’s included portfolio management benefit.

XYPN members will no longer be able to sign up for the Capitect included benefit after January 31, 2026.
- Starting February 1, 2026, any new signups for Capitect will receive a 30% discount. Billing will take place directly through Capitect.
Starting October 21, 2025, you are able to submit an interest in transitioning from Capitect to Orion through your Member Portal. This will help determine your onboarding timeline to Orion.
