What is XYPN Books?

XYPN Books is an accounting and bookkeeping service that works solely with financial advisors. XYPN Books helps you manage your time by outsourcing your bookkeeping so that you can spend more time helping clients and prospects. In addition, XYPN Books’ qualified team members can help you feel additional assurance that your books are in order if you have to undergo a regulatory examination, and when tax time comes.

Pricing & Services

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $190/month based on your firm’s gross revenue and the number of accounts reconciled. A one-time onboarding fee of $499 applies to XYPN members. Non-member Monthly Bookkeeping starts at $230/month, with a one-time onboarding fee of $650.

The onboarding process includes:

Review and modification of the chart of accounts
Balance sheet review
Two hours of books cleanup
QuickBooks navigation training and ongoing resources
