FAQs

How do I know what meeting cadence is best for me?
  • Do you need more accountability to complete tasks? Then a bi-weekly meeting cadence may be best.
  • Are you pretty self-directed but could benefit from some guidance and perspective from time to time to stay on track? Monthly may work great.
  • Do you have a large project to focus on over a few months? Then a condensed timeline of weekly or twice-weekly meetings may be best, followed by a few status-check sessions to review implementation.
  • Do you have a specific question about one problem or issue for which you're seeking advice? Coaching probably isn’t the best fit! A short-term engagement, like consulting, is perhaps the right choice for you.
